Outdoor Activities During Corona

By Jane Martin – It’s a beautiful day.  If you want to change your day up, just get outside.  There are plenty of  things to do.  Try taking a walk, golfing, and hiking are somethings that you can easily do.  Its important to get the 15 minutes or more of time outside especially for your mind.  It helps so much and can be good for the soul.   Trying to get some kind of physical activity can improve how you feel about any current situation.  The daily recommendation for adults is 30 minutes three times a week.
