This spring was a stepping stone after a disappointing fall football season.
USF football player Chance Cumming, a junior, describes last season as “heartbreaking” and Brock Murdock, a USF football player, says it’s not acceptable for USF to finish the season the way they did.
The team walks away from spring training camp with many positives to focus on as they enter the summer.
“We got a lot of work done and it was overall a good time,” says Cumming. He says he thinks it will overall be a good season next year.
Murdock, a senior, reflects on his final spring for football.
“It was a big opportunity for me. Great environment and great coaches,” says Murdock. He says he is sad the season is over but is really happy and thankful for the opportunity to play at the University of Sioux Falls.
